Hi, I’m Gabriel Luna, a UX Lead with more than 10 years of experience helping companies shape digital products that truly connect with people.

I’ve led design teams at Falabella and Linio, driving projects such as wishlists, reviews, and design systems that improved both user experience and business performance. Beyond delivering solutions, I focus on building UX cultures where teams become ambassadors of user-centered thinking.

My approach combines strategy, empathy, and leadership. I believe design is not just about usability—it’s a driver for innovation, alignment, and growth. I love mentoring designers, enabling collaboration across disciplines, and making sure user insights have a seat at the decision-making table.

Outside of work, you’ll probably find me riding my bike on weekends or experimenting with my lomography camera. These hobbies keep me curious, creative, and always looking at problems from new angles.
